Donation Requests
Each year Yawgoo Valley receives numerous requests for donations. We are honored to receive so many donation requests, however, we cannot support them all. Our primary donation recipient is the Rhode Island Winter Special Olympics, which we host yearly. We do consider further donations and your organization should meet the following requirements:

-Organization must be a non-profit Federal 501(c)(3) classification
-Must be an organization that operates in Southern New England
-We will primarily consider organizations that are already customers of Yawgoo Valley including school groups and also, organizations that focus on physical fitness, recreation & sports, and outdoor activities.
-Requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance of need.

Due to high demand we will not accept inquiries by phone, fax or mail. Requests are subject to approval by Yawgoo Valley. If your organization has been approved or denied you will be contacted by email, please do not contact us via phone. Yawgoo Valley will do its best to complete a request in its entirety.

To be considered, complete and submit the Request Form to Office with the subject line “donation request”. Your organization will not be considered if it is not completed entirely and will not receive a response. Please attach IRS determination letter verifying 501(c) (3) certification and any pertinent materials about your organization and/or your specific charity event.

Important: Due to the volume of requests received; only those, which have received approval, will be notified by email. Submission of this request does not guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. Status updates will not be given over the telephone.
