| From Points South • Take Route 1 North (Tower Hill Rd) to Route 138W (Mooresfield Rd) •Approximately 6.5 Miles, turn right onto Route 2 North (South County Trail) •Approximately 2 miles on right will be Yawgoo Valley Road • After approximately 1.5 miles Ski Area and Water Park will be on your right hand side •Tubing Park located before Ski Area (Top of Hill) |

CT (approximately 40 minutes from Mystic - 30 minutes from Westerly) • Take I-95 North to exit 3A RI-138 E • Travel approximately 7 miles, take left at 4 way light onto RI-2 N • Travel approximately 2 miles, take right onto Yawgoo Valley Road • After 1.5 miles Ski Area and Water Park will be on your right hand side • Tubing Park located before Ski Area (Top of Hill) |

From Newport
(approximately 30 minutes) • Take Route 138 W toward Jamestown • Merge onto Newport Bridge • Continue to Jamestown Bridge • Exit onto U.S. 1 N/Tower Hill Rd toward Providence • Drive 3/4 mile and stay left onto RI-4 N (at light) • Drive 1/2 mile and turn LEFT at light onto West Allenton Rd • Drive 1 mile, turn right onto Indian Corner Rd at 3-way stop (there are TWO 3-way stop signs). • Drive 1/2 mile, and turn left at the SECOND 3-way stop , continuing onto Indian Corner Rd •Continue 1 1/2 miles as Indian Corner turns into Slocum Rd • Turn right onto Bridge Ridge Rd, followed by left on Mill Pond Rd. • Our parking lot is directly across from the end of Mill Pond Rd |
