Tubing Waiver

Required for online purchase as well as in-person purchase for ever participant.

Tubing Park Location
The tubing park is not located at the ski area, it is just up the hill from the ski area. If you drive down the big hill, you have gone too far!

Park not yet operational. Check back soon for an update or the trail report. We hope to be open by 12/26, weather/snow making permitting.

Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can now be purchased either online or in person on the day of your desired session. Sorry, no reservations/purchases by phone. Waivers are still required, print out in advance or complete in person to exchange for your tickets.

Option # 1: Online (Recommended)
Tickets will be released online every Thursday at approximately noon for the upcoming weekend only. You can purchase tickets up to the designated cut-off time online (or in person that day). Tickets are available online until 2 hours prior to the session. See chart below for sessions and online sales purchasing/cut-off times.

• Should the forecast not be ideal we may choose not to open or not to post tickets until we have a better idea if we can open. More tickets/ sessions may be added without notice.
• If you purchase tickets for online, and we do open, we will not refund or credit you. Similarly, warmer temperatures may make the tubes "slower" and we will not refund for slow conditions. Please be sure to check weather forecast before purchasing.

How do I Purchase Online?
• Visit on our online store, create an account, add tubing tickets to your cart, choose day & session, choose quantity, check out. MasterCard or Visa only accepted payments online.
You will receive a confirmation page and be emailed a copy, please print and bring this confirmation with you to pick-up your tickets.
Complete & bring tubing waiver OR complete in person to exchange for your purchased tickets
.

Double check we are open by checking the trail report in case there were any last minute weather/condition changes. We are unable to contact everyone in such cases.
See Inclement Weather below should we need to close on short notice.
Pick up your tickets at the online sales booth (separate from the ticket window).
All sessions start at the beginning of the hour. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your purchased session.
Be on time, we will not credit you or refund you if you are late or miss your time.

Important:
You cannot switch sessions or days after you have purchased your tickets online, we have turned people away from your session in order to hold your spot. All ticket sales are final.

Gift Card/Coins
If you would like to pay with a gift card or coin please email tubing@yawgoo.com to reserve tickets. Email requests must be received between Thursday through Friday at 2pm for the upcoming weekend only. NO PHONE RESERVATIONS.

Please include your name, phone number desired day & session, and quantity you wish to reserve and staff will give you a call back as soon as possible to collect a credit card number to hold your spot.  You may only choose from the days/times posted online that are still available.

When you arrive please provide the coins/gift cards as payment. If you do not provide the coins/card your credit card will be charged for the amount of reserved tickets.
If you do not show for your session, your credit card will be charged for the full amount due.

You may also purchase tickets with a gift card or coin in person.

Option # 2: In Person
• A portion of tickets are saved for purchase in person on the day of your desired session.
• You can purchase tickets for any available session that day at the ticket window.
• When you purchase your tickets, please have waivers ready. Waivers must be signed for every participant by that participant or their legal guardian. See "Tubing Waiver" on right-hand column to download the waiver.
You may call the snow tubing park or check the tubing twitter (top of this page) to see if there are any hours open, but they cannot hold tickets for you over the phone, you would still need to purchase them on a first come, first served basis.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds.  All purchases are final.
Please be aware of upcoming weather conditions. If we decide to open in inclement/warm weather or conditions, we will not offer refunds. Keep in mind warmer temperatures and sun does make the tubing chutes softer and the tubes will move slower.
Please be sure to order only the amount of tickets you need, we will not refund tickets you do not need. Double check the session you are purchasing, as we will not exchange or refund you tickets if you have chose the wrong session/day.
