Summer Groups FAQ

Booking: Form must be submitted at least 7 days in advance in order to reserve a spot. A non-refundable, 25% deposit is required at the time of the booking.  The remainder is due upon arrival.  If your group is 50 or more, you may request an early opening for your group (payment for your group must be made in advance for early opening). However, the park will not be exclusive to your group. We do not have an accounts receivable department and therefore cannot bill you, or accept purchase orders.

One chaperone/counselor ticket is provided for every ten guests.

Cancellations/Refunds: Due to increasing demand for group reservations, your deposit is not refundable if the water park is open and your group cancels. Pools and waterslides are closed due to thunderstorms only. Please do your best to arrive on time.

Dress Code: Bathing suits only, are allowed on the waterslides. Cut - off jeans, shorts, tee or regular shorts and extra clothing of any kind are NOT allowed on slides or in the pools. (In case of sun sensitivity a tee shirt may be worn).

Food/activities: There is a snack bar where your group may purchase basic items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, chips and packaged ice creams and beverages. Groups may bring their own food but must eat in the picnic areas. Coolers and box lunches are not to be brought to the patio or the deck area of the Tiki Bar. No food or drinks are allowed inside the pool gate. There is a volleyball court your group may use and a picnic area (your group will be responsible for litter in the picnic area should they decide to use it). We encourage them to leave the area as they found it (extra trash bags are available at the concession area).

From Points North: Route 95 South to Route 4 (exit 9) Take Exit 5B off Route 4 (Route 102 N). Go one mile, left onto Route 2 South. Approximately 3.5 miles left onto Yawgoo Valley Rd. Go one mile water park will be on right.

From Points South: Route 95 North to Route 138E (Exit 3A). Approximately 5 miles then left onto Route 2 North. Yawgoo Valley Road is 2.5 miles on right. Go one mile water park will be on right.

Arrival: If your group is coming by bus, please have a representative report to the tiki bar so a member of our lifeguard staff can board your bus to give rules and directions. Lifeguards will also require to all “non-swimmers” be designated by a special band that will be provided. The representative may choose any available picnic area to seat their group other than the pavilion and main tent area. Chaperones will be assigned locations, to help maintain group safety by the lifeguards on duty. Chaperones and /or counselors MUST accompany any child who wishes to use the indoor restrooms.
