How
do the tickets work? ALL tickets END on the hour. All tickets must end exactly on the hour, regardless of the time you come or the duration you choose. For example they end at 12:00pm, 1:00pm, or 2:00pm and NOT 12:15pm, 1:30pm, or 2:45pm. If you would only like to use the water park in 1 hour increments please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before the hour you would like to begin. TIP: If you want a full hour the best time to arrive is ten minutes of each hour (i.e. 11:50am). What does it cost? Rates are per person, for ages 5 and up. *Ages 4 & under are free with an adult ticket purchase. The rates/tickets cover use of the "water", meaning you may use just the slides or just the pools or go back and forth, that's totally up to you! There are no discounts for pool only/slide only use, all tickets are for water and may be used as the guest wishes.

1 Hour -- $12.00 2 Hours -- $18.00 3 Hours -- $23.00 4 Hours -- $26.00 Full Day (7 hours) -- $29.00 DON'T FORGET the tickets end on the hour, so if you want a full hour, you can't arrive at anytime; you must come 10-15 minutes before the top of an hour (11:50, 12:50, 1:50, etc.). ** Swim specific diapers are mandatory for all diaper-age / wearing children! **

What happens if I arrive "early" or "late" for the hour? Should you arrive too early or too late for the hourly rates (more then 10 minutes either way), tickets are pro-rated to "finish" out the hour.. What does finish the hour mean? If you arrive at 12:15 pm you may purchase a 45 minute ticket till 1pm, or an 1 hour and 45 minute till 2pm, or 2 hours and 45 minutes till 3pm, or etc.

Your ticket must always end on the hour. If you would like a precise amount of time, arrive 10 minutes prior (you want 1 and 1/2 hours; arrive at 11:20, 12:20, 1:20, etc.) Are there any groups today? I love the water park! Do you
offer a season pass?
Yes! We call it a summer membership. Summer memberships include unlimited access to the water park and slides everyday, all day (weather permitting). 2013 Pricing Individual prices: Adults $375.00 Juniors $350.00 (Adult ages 13+ / Juniors ages 12 and under) Family Rates: Family of 2 $675.00 Family of 3 $925.00 Family of 4 $1,175.00 Summer membership forms can be found on the forms page or at the park. Have more questions? You can find more information below or give us a call at 401-294-3802 ext. 110 Can I just use the pool? Tickets are for the water, and may be used for slides and/or pool. I am not getting wet, do I have to pay? Spectators not using the water do not have to purchase a ticket. Is my child tall enough to use the slides? There is no height requirement for the slides; the slide pool is 3 feet deep. Children may use a life jacket or swimmies on slides and in pools. My child is nervous, can they ride with me? Children under waist level may accompany an adult on slides, however we reserve the right to suspend double riding as we see fit for safety. What time does the park close? Can we stay after? The area closes at 6 p.m. daily, we appreciate your cooperation. All facilities will be locked promptly at 6pm. Please be sure that parents of guests are aware of closing time. Can we have a birthday party, picnic, gathering, or etc.? Yes! Groups, private parties, birthday parties, or etc. are more than welcome to use any of the picnic areas. However, the tiki bar tables are reserved for those of whom purchase food from the tiki bar. Picnic tables in the grass areas are available to parties and groups. Picnic areas are on a first come, first served basis and no reservations are accepted/required. Patio and Tiki bar tables are NOT available for parties or groups. Coolers and bag lunches are not allowed at Tiki bar or pool area. Grills and alcohol brought into the park are not allowed. I have been to your tubing park, do water park tickets sell out? No, we have never had to turn anyone away from our water park! Keep in mind, we do have groups and parties booked through out the summer that you may wish to avoid, give us a call if you plan on coming we will tell you what groups are coming that day and how large! We do this as a courtesy, however, if you choose to attend and purchase tickets knowing a large group is present, but change your mind we will not issue a refund. |
