When you're ready to head out on to the slopes stop at the ticket office to purchase your tickets, rentals, &lessons!    

Pursuant to RIGL 41-8-2H Pedestrian Traffic of any kind is not permitted on any trails.

A valid ticket, season pass or Yawgoo Valley Snow Sports School Lesson Voucher IS REQUIRED to access any terrain, trails, lifts, and/or tows. By purchasing a lift ticket you agree to all terms and conditions and agree to adhere to all park policies. Pricing is per person, we do not pro-rate missed or un-used portions of tickets. Lift tickets are NOT valid at the Snow Tubing Park.

Sessions & Rental Equipment can be purchased at the ticket window ONLY as early as 30 Minutes prior to start on Weekdays and 45-Minutes prior to start Weekends and Holidays.

Refunds, credits, extensions are not issued if you miss any portion of a session. Chairlifts close 15 minutes prior to end of ticket session.

Equipment Rentals

If you don't own a ski or snowboard or are just looking to wet your feet the Rental Shop has you covered!  The shop is open during operating hours for both ski & boad equipment.

Must be 18 years or older or with a valid Photo ID to rent. Helmets are NOT available for rent nor are they required at Yawgoo EVERY VISIT. If a parent/guardian cannot be present, they may complete the Unaccompanied Minor Form.

Includes: Skis,  Boots, & Poles   or Snowboard & Boots

Half-Set: $16.00 Any Session, Day, or Age 

Your choice of Skis, Snowboard, or Snowboard Boots (Unfortunately, we cannot set our boots to your skis/bindings.)

Important: We do not rent helmets, clothing, or goggles. Helmets are not required, but available in the Pro Shop for purchase.

Policies

Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather; i.e...high winds, fog, blizzard etc. Yawgoo will shut down the lift and/or close the hill for safety if needed. In doing so NO REFUNDS will be given however, if tickets have been purchased and patrons have not been able to have FULL use of purchases, VOUCHERS will be offered to all patrons for the inconvenience at the manager's discretion. During high traffic times such as special event days, weekends and all holiday periods we do not and cannot guarantee short lift lines, and will NOT REFUND tickets, rentals and/or lessons.

Refund Policy

All tickets and passes issued by Yawgoo Valley Ski Area are NON-REFUNDABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE and expire on the specified date and/or at the end of the ski and snowboard season at Yawgoo Valley Ski Area during which they were purchased.

Photography Policy

As a guest within our park, you may be filmed and/or photographed by a Yawgoo employee or contracted professional. Your entrance into the park serves as permission for use of your image. Aerial Drones are not permitted.

Lost & Found Policy

In the event an article is lost during a ride, Yawgoo Valley will not suspend operations or attempt to retrieve the article. Any items that are retrieved will be kept at Lost and Found for 10 days. If you have found a lost item, please contact a team member, who will have the item taken to Lost and Found. Yawgoo is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

  • 1. Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
  • 2. People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
  • 3. You must not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.
  • 4. Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.
  • 5. Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.
  • 6. Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
  • 7. Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to load, ride and unload safely.

INHERENT RISKS Inherent risks of winter sports activities means those risks which are listed in this agreement, or those that can be reasonably inferred there from. These risks are both obvious and necessary to these winter sports activities. These inherent risks include but are not limited to changing weather conditions; surface and/or subsurface snow conditions as they may from time to time exist and change or be affected by weather, skier or other participant usage, (weather such conditions are surface or subsurface or consist of ice, Hard pack, powder, packed powder, wind pack, corn, crust, slush, cut up snow, and/or machine made or machine enhanced snow); other conditions including bare spots, forest growth and debris; stumps and trees; streambeds and other natural objects and/or collisions with such objects; collisions with lift towers, signs, hydrants used in snowmaking or for other necessary purposes, whether or not these objects are padded or shielded; collisions with well marked or plainly visible snow mobiles, snow grooming, and/or other over-snow vehicles or equipment; variation in steepness of terrain including but not limited to road and/or other terrain modification or variations in terrain that occur naturally or as the result of slope design, weather changes, snow making and/or snow grooming operation, or participant usage.
